 Imagine a time machine that could make us look at least 10 years younger.  You enter as a 30-year-old with tired skin, puffy eyes and dark circles. The younger you start, the more likely you are to have smooth, supple and tight skin well into your 50s and beyond.

Wear sunscreen: Protect your skin from the harmful UV rays of the sun by using sunscreen that is broad-spectrum, SPF 30 (or higher), and water-resistant. Also wear shades and avoid direct exposure to sun as it can prematurely age your skin.

Cleanse your skin gently: Another great habit is to clean your skin with a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt, makeup as well as other substance without irritating your skin. Make sure to use cleanser that suits your skin type.

Moisturize. Moisturizer traps water in our skin, giving it a more youthful appearance. Hence, use a good moisturizer daily before sleeping to hydrate your skin.
